Discover our exclusive toque, carefully knitted in Canada in collaboration with the Kootenay company. This alliance between Création Encore and Kootenay gave birth to a stylized toque, both trendy and practical, proudly displaying our logo. Each model is decorated with a small touch of fabric that harmonizes perfectly with our scarves, for an elegant and coordinated ensemble. Made locally with particular attention to detail, this toque is the result of a 100% Canadian and feminine collaboration, combining style and exceptional quality.

Delivery
Delivery is FREE. We prepare orders within 2 to 3 business days.
Canada Post estimates the delivery time between two (2) to twelve (12) business days. Expedited delivery or the addition of insurance is available; please contact us for a revised invoice.
Please note that Créations Encore is not responsible for unusual delivery delays.
Returns
REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE:
All merchandise sold at regular price can be exchanged or refunded as long as you return everything within 12 business days from the date of receipt of the package. If it is an exchange, please indicate it inside the package or email us at info@creationsencore.com. Returns are at your expense.
