• 1 tie,
• Thread, needles
• Thermo sticky velcro
• Pearls.

First steps: Make the folds and hold them with needles

Steps 2: Check the size is right and adjust

Steps 3: Sew, Paste the fusible Velcro with an iron, decorate with beads.

Step 4: Wear it!
